You’ve been everything for everyone for so long, you’re worn out and feel like you have nothing left to give.
You’ve done SOOOO much personal development, but nothing seems to be working and you keep staying stuck in old patterns.
You want to want to take better care of yourself, and you stick to a plan for a few days but inevitably give up and go back to the way things were.
Life has thrown you so many awful, challenging situations that keep wearing away at who you are and you wish you could just forget everything and start over.
So much has happened to you that you’re not even sure who you really are anymore.
I get it. Life has not been kind or gentle to me either. I’ve been through:
It’s been a journey for me, too.
But despite it all, I still see myself as a resilient person, and I know that you do, too.
According to the Clinical Practice Guidelines from the International Society of Trauma Stress Studies (source), the three phases of healing from trauma are:
In order to process and heal your trauma, you have to first develop specific skills so that you don’t re-trigger your traumatic experiences and increase your degree of stress damage from your trauma, cPTSD or PTSD.
As a Registered Nurse working in the Intensive Care Unit, I started to notice that the majority of the reasons people found themselves in the ICU were because of illnesses and diseases that could be linked to chronic stress.
After just a few months, it became clear to me that those of us who are highly sensitive are more prone to experiencing trauma because of our nature, and that those patterns we’ve learned to keep ourselves safe can be very detrimental to us as adults. We’re more prone to being in unhealthy relationships, having next to no work-life balance, being used, abused and walked over which leads to higher chances of negative health outcomes.
This led me down a beautiful journey of learning, expanding my practice as a nurse into the mental health field, and eventually through my own trauma processing experience.
I’ve been helping people in this space for over 8 years, in the personal, clinical, group and corporate settings. Every year I continue to learn, research, and grow my practice to better serve those I help.
The key to preparing yourself to process your trauma is to master your Stress Switch.
To do this, you have to know how your stress response works so you know how to hack the system!
In just 5-minutes a day, you will learn:

Highly-sensitive people with unprocessed trauma and emotional eating go hand in hand.
This course will help you reverse the emotional eating habit so you can take control of your cravings and transform your relationship with food.
We dive deep into the learned behavior of emotional eating, understanding how it works so you’ll know exactly how to rewrite the brain program around it.
Then, we talk about strategies to keep the new habits so that you can truly achieve food freedom!
There’s a lot of information and misinformation out there, with so many conflicting trauma healing strategies from people claiming to be “experts” that promise the world, and don’t deliver.
You don’t want to waste money. You want to follow a system that’s been proven to work, time and time again.
You don’t have time to keep piecing together everyone’s free content – you want to start feeling better right now!
You want to get feedback as you go along so you know that you’re on the right track and aren’t making mistakes along the way.
You can keep doing what you’re doing, hoping that eventually things will click, that your life will change, and you’ll feel better.
But you’re here because you know that’s not working for you and you want to learn how to fix it faster so you can live the life you want, have strong boundaries, no longer feel exhausted and feel confident in your ability to take care of yourself without feeling guilty! That’s why I have a feeling you’re going to want to take option #2.

And I’m going to give you a little tough love right there. It’s not a matter of how ready you are, it’s about how committed you are. It about how much you want to heal.
Plus, when have you ever felt 100% ready before jumping into something big that was going to change your life?
The fact is, being ready is an illusion.
You’re never going to feel ready.
Think back to any major decision in your life that affected what it would look like moving forward. Did you shrug your shoulders, nonchalantly, and say ”meh, it’s fine. I’m sure this will work itself out?”
Or did you fret over it, do research, wonder if you’re making the right choice, doubt yourself, ask friends for their thoughts and maybe even lose some sleep over it?
If you’re like me, it’s very easy to get caught up in all the “what ifs” and stay stuck, unable to make the decision that will change your life, which leaves you stuck in this cycle of your current circumstances.
You’re never going to feel ready, and the longer you stay in that place of indecision, self-doubt, and what-iffing – the longer you’re going to stay in this place where you don’t want to be, and where nothing is going to change for you.
Our bodies are so attuned to our habits that we actually create chemicals and hormones that keep us liking the status quo. When our lives stay the same, we get some feel-good hormones circulating because we’re keeping things as they are.
But when we start to stretch out of that comfort zone and even consider changing a habit our body’s chemical response is to send out stress hormones in an effort to protect itself.
And our body and Inner Critic does this without accessing our logic brain.
So that means even though you may know that this change you’re considering might be for the best – our body sends out chemicals and hormones that make it feel scary.
So it’s not necessarily that you’re doubting yourself.
Your body’s chemical messengers are trying to keep you in your current circumstances because – from their perspective – this is safer.
But you’re here reading this right now because you don’t want your life to stay the same.
My friend, it’s not about if you feel ready. It’s about your commitment to make this change for yourself. It’s about how much you want to be successful.
It’s about how much you want to change your life!
